  • The material is collected from E.C. approved meat plants from Northern Ireland under the authority of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD).
  • All raw material is derived from cattle below the age of 30 months.
  • All fresh fats are obtained within a catchment area, which ensures processing on the same day as slaughter.
  • All raw material suppliers are continuously assessed for high quality.
