The Fulton family has been involved in the meat industry since 1959. John Fulton (Junior) started the fat processing operations in 1974 supplying both catering and industrial customers with traditional Beef Dripping.

Day to day operations are controlled by John and/or Laurence Doyle.

Raw Materials:
All raw material is sourced from E.C approved Meat Processing Plants.
All fresh fats are obtained within a catchment area which ensures processing on the same day as slaughter.
All raw material is derived from cattle below the age of 30 months.
All raw material suppliers are continuously assessed from a quality point of view.
